We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original packaging

• It must be in its original condition

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.

To initiate a return, email us at info@lechelbeauty.com with:

 

• Your order number

• A photo (if damaged or incorrect)

• A brief description of the issue

 

We will send you a return shipping label, as well as return instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the product:

 

• If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lechelbeauty.com
